We love to bring old traditions back into the classroom.!
Weaving is one of the most ancient forms of human creativity. Baskets and textiles would not have been possible without weaving. This project will give students experience working with the basic concept of weaving.
Here we go!! What a great start to this school year, here are some of the 5th grade students working on their Still-Life sunflowers inspired by the techniques of Van Gogh! (You know, that famous guy who created Starry Night!)
